Transfers

We can also arrange property transfers where a contract is not required. We will first discuss the transaction with you to ensure you do not need a contract. We will ensure all legal obligations are still met. These types of transactions can include transfers between family members, spouses, deceased joint tenant, etc.

• We prepare and arrange signing of the Transfer (or Notice of Death) document;
• We can arrange valuation of the property if required (required for related parties for stamp duty purposes);
• We produce all documents and statutory declarations required for the parties to sign;
• We arrange the stamping of the documents in house and submit the stamp duty to Revenue NSW.
