Our Fees

We offer an all-inclusive flat rate fee, taking you from initial contact right through to settlement.*

Our fees are inclusive of GST and all searches and documentation required for the sale or purchase of your property.

*Additional work may be required if the circumstances of the transaction should alter from what is regarded as a routine matter or otherwise is outside of the normal course of a conveyancing matter. Any additional work undertaken on your behalf outside the ordinary course of your transaction will be charged at an hourly rate.
